Our Services

Our Mission to you

To provide you, the client, with top quality rehab and long term results by optimizing performance and quality of movement through a client-centered, holistic and skillful approach, that allows you to feel the difference.

We aim to provide you with the tools necessary to continue to improve.

Ortho/Sports Physical Therapy

Our skilled and highly trained therapists employ a whole body assessment to determine which tissues and systems are impairing your body’s ability to move at its absolute best. We utilize a combination of manual techniques, neuromuscular re-education, and corrective exercises to reach our goal: To have your body feel and move its best, so you can go back to doing what you love. Some of the manual techniques we use include; myo-fascial work, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), cupping or vacuum therapy,  joint mobilization, visceral mobilization, spinal manipulation, and techniques to help balance the autonomic nervous system.

Our team’s goal is to optimize your movement. We provide you with the exercises (the tools) you need to continue this process at home. These tools consist of individualized mobility exercises, neuromuscular integration exercises, self-mobilization exercises, postural restoration techniques, strength and conditioning work and patient education. We believe this is your journey and you should be steering the ship, we simply seek to provide a more efficient route to your destination.

Pre and Post-Op Care

We recognize how crucial pre-op care is for optimal recovery and will work with you to build up strength, stability, and neuromuscular control before going into surgery. We will also be there for you on the other side of surgery to gain back strength, range of motion, stability, and neuromuscular control and get you back doing the things you love in a supportive and safe environment.

Preventative Care

As athletes we know what it’s like to want to push your bodies to the limit. We also know what it’s like to be told to stop doing what you love by other medical professionals. We will never tell you to stop doing what you love unless we find it absolutely medically necessary. Your goal is our goal. Therefore we take pride in also offering preventative care. Meaning, if you have successfully been through a rehab program with us, or you merely want to avoid injury in your sport, job, or hobby, we can help. Our goal is to mitigate any potential injuries you may endure through a full assessment and individualized approach, so you can keep going faster and stronger for longer.

Strength Programming

Our team consists of skilled Doctors of Physical Therapy with years of strength and conditioning training and fitness coaching in our backgrounds. We take pride in having the ability to offer detailed individualized programs for you when you have progressed with your rehabilitation and are ready to get back to what you love. We are also lucky to have connections with many highly skilled and talented athletic & fitness trainers and movement coaches.
