The Lab Strength Training

Join The Lab Crew:

a community of like-minded individuals who enjoy pushing their bodies

to improve strength, speed, and mobility in a safe and effective way

CLASS SIZE:

Up to 4 people per session (sessions are 1 hour long)

PROGRAMMING:

Progressive, strength-based blocks (typically 6-8 weeks each)

Primary focus on strength, speed, and explosiveness. We use barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, med balls, plyo boxes, ergs, and calisthenics to accomplish our goals

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS:

Platinum: 6 sessions per week

Gold: 4 sessions per week

Silver: 3 sessions per week

Bronze: 2 sessions per week
